Ingredients & Things You’ll Need:
- Baking Bag
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Red Wine Vinegar
- (for gluten free, substitute with King Arthur All-Purpose Flour)
In a blender, combine 5-6 garlic cloves and enough oil to cover garlic. Blend garlic and oil.
Add 1 cup of red wine vinegar, 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of salt, pepper, and cumin.
Blend sauce mixture. Dump sauce over turkey and into the bag.
Continue to make sauce mixture and add to turkey, depending on how much sauce you want.
Add flour to the inside of the turkey bag. Close bag and place turkey into the oven.
Following baking instructions.
When turkey is fully cooked, dump all of the sauce into a large pot.
Place the pot onto the stovetop and begin whisking while slowly adding flour to thicken the sauce.
Keep the sauce simmering until ready to serve.
